Management - If you have a current Pest Control contract are you confident it provides the most appropriate protection and value for money as part of a coordinated Hygiene system?
We can develop a partnership with you for Pest Management either:
- to fully service your needs
- or to audit and supervise your current Pest Control contractor to ensure best value.

Access – prevent Pest entry where possible. This should be done through proofing entry points & educating Staff to be aware of access points. An awareness and Proofing programme will minimise risks to Stock, Staff and your Reputation.

Access routes for Pests include:

Rodents – Open doorways, gaps below doors and defects in the building fabric for example around pipe work.
Birds – Loading Bay doors & windows Roosting under canopies also allows damage from droppings & insect contamination.
Insects – Unscreened windows and doorways allow flying insects to gain entry but other Insects are frequently brought in with goods.

Control - Once any existing problem is eliminated we will establish a first line of defense around the perimeter thus reducing the pests that can get to your building.
We will not simply rely on poisoning Rats or Mice inside or outside the premises. We will control pest activity through Inspection and monitoring points and will place and remove Toxic materials as the situation dictates.
The most environmentally appropriate materials will always be used and all pesticide packaging is returned to the manufacturer.

Reporting - Pest Management Reports form a key part of any HACCP and Due Diligence system. These will be provided in hard copy and also retained in Your client records here on the Hygienezone Website.
